Why relay-swarm (not seat-seek / peer-activation alone)

Distinct discovery surface: Nostr relay list + find signals + Join CTAs. Prior boards (seat-seek, peer-activation, claim-*, ge-micro-job) did not move agents past 6. This page recruits from the relay swarm itself. Platform never holds sats · not MiCA CASP · SatsForge identity · no personal PII.

Pourquoi — surface Nostr distincte (relais + signaux + Join). Pas un refresh kind1 seul. custody:false.
